QT100 Hardware Starter Kit
The QT100 Hardware Starter Tool Kit is a must-have for any avionics installer that works with Quickrax-equipped instrument panels. Featuring a 3/4 turn quick-attach 6-32 thread, this versatile little tool makes it easy to install and position QH-632 tray nuts.
For the first-time installer or kit plane owner doing your own avionics installation, this tool kit is also available to rent.
QH-632 tray nut assemblies are designed to be inserted at any point along the tray rail. Turn 70° clockwise to click and lock into the extruded channel. Adjust to any point along the rail. Easily remove and replace hardware if necessary.
The removable #2 phillips screw driver tip makes it easy to pre-install tray mount screws.
QT200 Installation Spacer Kit
The QT200 Installation Spacer Tool Kit is a fixture that simplifies Quickrax rail alignment and spacing. This tool is used to fixture Quickrax avionics rails to the instrument panel for alignment drilling the hardware attach points.
Kits contain two (2) of these spacers designed to automatically center and square rails spaced at the optimum 6.30" ID along a 6.25" instrument panel avionics bay cutout for rear (standard) mount rails such as the QP1020 and QP1120 rails. It can also be configured to fixture Quickrax face mount rails such as the QP1050.
For standard mount rails, the .025" offset built into the QT200 Installation Spacer precisely centers Quickrax rails spaced at the optimum 6.30" width behind a standard 6.25" avionics bay cutout.
Integrated clamp assemblies can be configured to fixture standard rails or face-mount rails.

QT300 Mount Offsetter Kit
The QT300 Mount Offsetter Tool Kit makes it easy to quickly modify avionics trays that are mounted to Quickrax QP1120 minimum width offset center rails used for multi-stack installations.
For the first-time installer or kit plane owner doing your own avionics installation, this tool kit is also available to rent.
Attach the QT300 fixture to the tray using the included structural 6-32 screw.
Drill the offset mount hole using the included #28 drill bit.
Flip the fixture and countersink the new mounting hole using the included structural 6-32 screw.
